Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar is raising some serious concerns about what he describes as the “growing threat of demographic disorder” in India. Speaking at an event in Jaipur, he went so far as to say that the fallout from this issue could be as severe as a nuclear bomb. He pointed out that some regions are turning into political strongholds, which he believes is damaging democracy.

Echoing thoughts from RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Dhankhar talked about infiltration from Bangladesh and the resulting population imbalance. He stressed that while natural demographic changes are acceptable, those driven by a specific agenda are alarming. He noted a troubling trend over the years, warning that if these shifts aren’t properly addressed, they could threaten the very existence of the nation.

Addressing the Challenge

According to Dhankhar, India’s shared cultural heritage is under threat. He called for a strong “ideological and mental counter-attack” against those trying to destabilize this heritage. While he acknowledged that most Indians are generally tolerant and inclusive, he pointed out that there’s also a reckless force at play.

He urged everyone to work passionately toward creating a cohesive society that rises above divisions of caste, creed, and culture. “Bharat must remain a stabilizing force globally,” he said, insisting that this century should be India’s for the good of all humanity.

The Political Landscape

Dhankhar didn’t hold back in his critique of politicians who prioritize their own gains over national unity, branding them as “champions of anarchy.” He warned that India’s impressive economic growth could be at risk if social unity is disrupted or if anti-national forces cause division.

The Vice President expressed his disappointment with individuals who overlook the rule of law, emphasizing that political power should come from the people’s will, not from opportunistic moves. “We must not ignore the real dangers lurking both within and outside our nation,” he cautioned.
