Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has partnered with Bank of Bhutan to upgrade its digital banking system. The TCS BaNCS Global Banking Platform will improve operations, boost customer experience, and expand digital capabilities. This upgrade will support Bhutan's push for digital progress and new financial products, while also helping TCS grow its global presence in digital banking.
TCS has extended its contract for SPARSH, the pension system for India's defence personnel, for another three years. Since its launch in 2020, SPARSH has streamlined pension processing, cutting down timelines and saving the government ₹250 crore every year. The system now supports over 30 lakh pensioners and has successfully implemented the OROP scheme. TCS is also working on new ideas to improve public service even more.

TCS has landed a 15-year contract with Ireland's Department of Social Protection to set up an Auto Enrolment Retirement Savings Scheme, helping 800,000 workers. This project will create a digital platform for automatically enrolling and managing pensions.
