Bengaluru’s Yellow Line Metro: Delayed Again

The launch of Bengaluru's Yellow Line, which will connect R.V. Road to Bommasandra, has been pushed back to January 2025. The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has confirmed that the first train services will kick off in early 2025, even though we were hoping for December 2024. The delays are mainly due to issues with getting trains and doing inspections.

This project was delayed for ages due to land issues and COVID-19 but is now set to make getting around way easier, especially to places like the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre.
