The Indian government has funded 28 creative ideas to tackle tomato price fluctuations and supply problems, including making wine from tomatoes. This idea, along with others like solar-powered storage units and eco-friendly packaging, came from the Tomato Grand Challenge hackathon. The goal is to create sustainable, waste-free solutions while keeping the tomato supply steady.
