S. Jaishankar, India’s External Affairs Minister, is gearing up to attend the SCO summit in Pakistan, joining other leaders like Chinese Premier Li Qiang and Russian PM Mikhail Mishustin. Although he’ll be at a welcome dinner hosted by PM Shehbaz Sharif, Jaishankar has made it clear there won't be any bilateral talks, underlining the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan.
