On October 4, 2024, an Air India Express flight headed to Muscat had to abort its take-off at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport because they spotted smoke in the plane. Luckily, all 142 passengers and crew got out safe and sound, and now the plane’s getting checked out to see if it can fly or if they’ll need to set up another flight.
