This Diwali, Tata Motors gave a big shoutout to its Pimpri plant workers with some generous bonuses, right after the passing of Ratan Tata, the legendary chairman. Almost 10,000 permanent employees got ₹49,177 each, along with over 30,000 contract workers who also received bonuses. This thoughtful gesture highlights the strong bond between the company and its workforce during a tough time.
