TCS has extended its contract for SPARSH, the pension system for India's defence personnel, for another three years. Since its launch in 2020, SPARSH has streamlined pension processing, cutting down timelines and saving the government ₹250 crore every year. The system now supports over 30 lakh pensioners and has successfully implemented the OROP scheme. TCS is also working on new ideas to improve public service even more.
