New Pilot Project Launched to Boost Arrest Rates For Cybercrimes

With a pretty low arrest rate of just 1% for cybercrimes, India's Ministry of Home Affairs has kicked off a pilot project called Cyber Investigation Assistance Request (CIAR). This project is all about giving state police a hand in dealing with cybercrime better, bringing in cyber experts and legal help to tackle those tricky investigations.
