TARC Limited has announced that it has sold 50% of the units in its luxury residential project, TARC ISHVA, just two months after launching the development in September 2024. Valued at ₹1,350 crore, the project spans 1.35 million square feet and is located on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram’s Sector 63A. The development offers four-side open residences with views of the Aravali Hills, attracting high-end buyers looking for premium living spaces.
