Meet Justice Sanjiv Khanna

Justice Khanna isn’t new to the legal game. He kicked off his career in 1983 as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and has tackled everything from constitutional law to medical negligence.

Over the years, he’s taken on key roles, including being the Senior Standing Counsel for the Income Tax Department and serving as the Additional Public Prosecutor at the Delhi High Court. His big moment came in 2005 when he became an additional judge at the Delhi High Court, and just a year later, he was made a permanent judge.
